Individual One-on-One Sessions
This is time when you get to focus on you. I provide you with a safe holding space for whatever you need to give voice to. Together, we explore your life challenges, choices and outcomes, your broken places. Buried emotions, hidden self-limiting beliefs and sabotaging patterns that have kept you feeling and living small are gently brought to the surface. You discover the lessons in the disappointments and “failures” and the wisdom, resilience and beauty of your whole being. A place to begin is with an Exploration Session of 90 minutes.
Workshops

Small Groups
A meaningful experience for 4 to 6 people working on personal issues of concern, where you get the borrowed benefits of others’ personal work for your own clarity and empowerment, coming to you as a result of being in a collective positive energetic space. There is usually an opportunity for each participant to address a concern through EFT tapping within the time frame of each group session. Participation in the small group can at times bring a personal issue to the surface that can benefit from and be best helped by some individualized attention in personal one-on-one sessions to be more fully delved into and resolved. This is optional.
Half Day and One Day Retreats
When you want to immerse yourself in personal growth but can’t take days off form your life’s obligations. Utilizing EFT tapping, creative therapies, mindfulness and guided meditations, participants are led through exercises and activities that are meant to inspire, raise self-awareness, refresh and renew your spirit and raise your vibration. The mutual sharing, supporting and encouraging of others on retreat with you, leads to enhanced self-care and can be a kickstart for you on your path of transformation. You will have the chance to meet and engage with like-minded individuals to cultivate your personal tribe.
